Korean Cajun Seasoning

Who doesn't love cajun food? Every time I visit New Orleans, I would eat non stop trying to soak in all the flavors. Recently, I've seen different Asian variations of Cajun cuisine such as Vietnamese but haven't really seen a Korean version so I created this Korean Cajun seasoning for an upcoming Korean Cajun Seafood Boil.
It's super easy to make your own seasoning blends. Just takes a little tinkering to get portions to reflect the flavor you want.
Let me know what you think of this mix.
INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbsp of smoked paprika
2 Tbsp of gochugaru (korean red pepper)
2Â Tbsp of kosher salt
2 Tbsp of garlic powder
1 Tbsp of ground black pepper
1 Tbsp of ground white pepper
1 Tbsps of onion powder
1 Tbsp of dried oregano
1 Tbsp of cayenne
1/2 Tbsp of dried thyme
Mix all the ingredients and store in a jar for up to one year. Enjoy!
